Payroll - Includes Reports, Direct Deposit & Tax Filing (Direct Debit)
1-8 Employees $25/Pay Period
9-20 Employees $35/Pay Period
21-30 Employees $45/Pay Period
31-40 Employees $55/Pay Period
41-50 Employees $65/Pay Period
W-2 & 1099 use rate above
 
* Separate Checks (example: vacation & bonus) $2.00/check
 
Payroll done by client at client location is $30/month includes 5 employees.
More than 5 employees the cost is $1/employee
Example $30 + (10 employees x 1 = 10) = $40/month
 
Payroll Set up $125 (includes first payroll)
 
Taxes - Includes Federal & State E-Filing & Direct Deposit

1040 (SchA) $125-$150
 
* Children in High School or College - returns done at time of parents return - $25 each
 
1040 (Sch A and + K1) $175-$200
1040 (Sch C small business) $200-$300
Annual Sales Tax $50
Quarterly Sales Tax $50/quarter
